Cinnamon Rolls Recipe

Things you Need:


Equipment:

  • Stand mixer/Hand Mixer

  • Oven


Ingredients- Dough

  • Flour 360 gms (2 3⁄4 Cup)

  • White Sugar 50 gms (1/4 Cup)

  • Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon

  • Melted Butter 50 gms (3 1⁄2 table spoon)

  • Warm Milk 180 ml (3/4 Cup)

  • Egg 01

  • Dry Yeast 7 gms


Ingredients – Filling

  • Butter- Room Temp 60 gms

  • Brown Sugar 100 gms

  • Cinnamon 1 table spoon

  • Corn Starch 1/2 table spoon

  • Salt 1⁄4 tea spoon


Ingredients- Glaze

  • Cream Cheese 100 gms

  • Powdered Sugar 40 gms (1/4 Cup)

  • Vanilla 1 tea spoon


How to make it


1. Take a mixing bowl, mix together melted butter, warm milk, egg, dry yeast, sugar and salt.

2. Mix the above ingredients with the flour thoroughly.

3. Keep the dough for about 1-2 hours to rise.

4. Roll the dough into a rectangular shape and apply the room temperature butter on it.

5. Mix together the brown sugar, cinnamon, corn starch and salt.

6. Apply the above mixture onto the buttered rectangular dough.

7. Roll the dough length wise





8. Divide the rolls into 9-12 pieces.

9. Keep the above rolls for 30 minutes to rise again.

10. Preheat the oven in 180 degree C for 10 minutes.

11. Bake the rolls in a preheated oven in 180 degree C for 30 minutes.

12. Mix the ingredients for the glaze and apply on the baked cinnamon rolls as per your

requirement.
