The Black and white affair

IWA Get together - 16th February 2024

As winter lingers around we all women decide to cosy up the DP Dhar hall of our Indian Embassy for yet another beautiful IWA meet!

We decided to embrace the landscape and dress in classic black and white and let contrast play its magic. This gathering was one of the odds and a special one since it was meant to bid farewell to our President,Mrs.Aradhana kapoor. It was overwhelming to see her journey in Moscow which was brought together by a beautiful reel of memories. The personal flair to this was the beautiful medley sung by our trio Mrs.Sharmishta Roy,Mrs Amita Gandhi and Mrs.Shweta Suraj. It was all a heartwarming sight indeed!

After such an emotional ride, the spirits had to be raised and this challenge was successfully braced by Mrs.Suprit. She engaged everyone in a super exciting, extremely exhilarating Tambola session keeping all the ladies at their wits end!

The event then culminated with an appetizing meal and ceaseless conversations etching an everlasting memory in our hearts, craving for more!
